We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, whether it was booked online or directly through the clinic.

If changes or cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a Cancellation Fee or No-Show Fee may apply. This may involve retaining your deposit (if a prepaid deposit is held on file) or deducting one prepaid treatment (if applicable), at our discretion.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
